The first step is to contact Gavin Farms directly to reserve your preferred beef quantity (half, quarter, or whole).
CHOOSE YOUR CUTS OF BEEF
Work with us or the Baraboo Meat Market to determine your cuts. Download the order form below for custom processing. Not sure what to order? Download our own personal order form to view our favorite cuts.
PICK UP YOUR FRESH LOCAL BEEF
After processing is complete, your beef will be packaged, frozen, and ready for pick up at The Baraboo Meat Market.
