Our Favorite Beef Rub Recipe

Our customers mean the world to us, so we make our best effort to show them that their support is appreciated. Last season when our customers picked up their Gavin Farms’ beef from the butcher, they had a small package waiting for them which included our favorite beef rub. So many of our customers have requested more seasoning from us, so we thought we would share our recipe with everyone.

Ingredients

2T salt- sea salt or Kosher

1T pepper- course ground if possible

1T garlic powder

1T paprika

1T minced onion (dried)

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients.

We mix up the seasoning in large batches and store it in the pantry in a pint jar to have it easily on hand. It’s a great go to to rub to spice up any beef dish. Enjoy!
